Stearman Files Preliminary Prospectus

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – December 7, 2022 – Stearman Resources Inc. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has now filed its Preliminary Non-Offering Prospectus on SEDAR (www.sedar.com ) with the securities commissions in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario, and a receipt has been issued. The filing is a material step in the process for the Company plans to become a reporting issuer and have its shares listed for trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE).

The prospectus filing included the Technical Report on the Miniac Property in the northern Abitibi region of Quebec, prepared by Benoit M. Violette, P.Geo and Raymond E. Wladichuk, P.Geo. The Miniac Property consists of 78 claims over 4,110 hectares located 35 kms north of Amos, Quebec, prospective for gold, zinc, copper and silver. Stearman holds an option for 75% of the property from its owner, J2 Metals Inc. In late 2020, J2 completed a 2,600 metre drilling program on the property for more than $800,000 and Stearman plans further exploration next year with surveying, sampling, and other work.
